- ModaStream owns station identity, public presentation, official stream connection, website publication and privacy-safe site activity.
- SGNL Desk owns operational playout and automation; ModaStream owns only the listener-facing programme guide.
- SGNL Publish owns podcast hosting and distribution.
- Syndifeed owns programme delivery evidence.
- Sauti owns governed station discovery and directory moderation.
- Public MCP tools are read-only. Publishing, stream changes, domains, deletion and access control remain private human-authorised actions.

Facts may be station supplied, machine observed, imported, officially verified, stale or unknown. Unknown values remain unknown. Integrations do not silently overwrite more authoritative sources.
